Field of Application:

Advice:

When fixing roof-mounted insulation systems, no pre-drilling of the rafters is required and the screws are screwed through the securing battens placed above the insulation material and through the insulation material into the rafters in a single step.
When fixing screws in wooden components, the screw heads should be flush with the surface of the wooden component and without the head section in the case of washer head screws.

Advantages:

  • ETA approval from dia. 3.5 mm

  • Coarse thread reduces the screw-in time.

  • Countersunk milling head for the countersinking of the head in wood.

  • High strength due to the use of special carbon steel and additional hardening.

  • The cutting notch pre-drills and reduces the splitting effect of the wood

  • Thread cutting grooves for better removal of sawdust

  • End mill (only for partial threaded screws) reduces the screw-in torque.
