EN 14566, class 48, PUD

Application area:

For mounting plasterboard onto substructures consisting of metal profiles up to a thickness of 2.00 mm. Plasterboard consisting of a waterproofed special gypsum core with high-quality cardboard cladding has a higher strength, offers improved acoustic insulation and higher moisture resistance and has good fire protection properties.

Advantages:

The punching head and the underhead counter thread provide a level countersinking of the head without developing bulges or fraying the cardboard cladding. This means less filling and grinding is required afterwards.
The drill tip allows simple screwing in without pre-drilling.

Advice:

Material class A1, i.e. drywall screws are non-flammable. Pull-out resistance 450 N on metal profiles in accordance with EN 14195 (0.60 ± 0.04 mm) or wood in accordance with EN 338, class C 16.
